NKT for Gyrotonics

Your sessions can then become more specifically tailored to your clients’ needs. NKT works with kinetic chains. The equipment you use also works with those chains. Your ability to integrate the NKT protocol into a session will allow you to easily and quickly correct a client’s poorly executed movement pattern.
